We are once again offering Group Classes! Class size is currently limited to 15 people and that will be increasing in the near future. To ensure a place just take a numbered card at the front desk and present it to the instructor.  We realize the schedule is light right now but we are adding back more classes every week!

Abs​
This intense 20 or 30 minute class is focused on toning and strengthening your abdominals and obliques and helping you build an enviable midsection. Come get your six-pack! All levels welcome.



​Flow Yoga
Flow Yoga integrates rhythmic breathing with conscious movement to increase strength and flexibility. By uniting body and breath, you’ll learn to move through positions with greater rhythm and control. All levels welcome.

​The Harris Method​
This interactive floor exercise class is focused on helping individuals improve their overall strength and flexibility, prevent injuries, and reduce the effects of stress and aging on the body. Great exercise class for seniors! All fitness levels encouraged to participate.

 

Spinning​

If you can pedal a bicycle, you’re ready for Spinning and Cycling. Ride to the beat of the music while the instructor takes you on a fat-burning, heart pumping journey that will leave you energized. All levels welcome.​​

Yoga​
Inspire the mind and the body! You are guided to use breath in harmony with the body to attain greater strength, flexibility and range of motion. Newcomers and more experienced participants are offered variations to accommodate every skill level. All levels welcome.​
